Zimný štadión P. Demitru is a hockey arena in the city of Trenčín. It is the home rink of hockey club Dukla Trenčín. On September 29, 2011, the Trenčín City Council decided to rename the arena following the tragic loss of NHL player Pavol Demitra.

HK Dukla Trenčín is a Slovak ice hockey club regularly performing in the highest Slovak competition, the Tipos Extraliga. From 1977 until 1993, our team played in the federal Czechoslovak League. The club holds five championship titles (one Czechoslovak, four Slovak), making it the third-most successful Slovak club, and has developed many NHL players.
